At Alfaparf Milano, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair care products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order details.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product should not be damaged or tampered with.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
